The Challenge
To ensure brand alignment while tailoring the work to local audiences and use cases, including broker proposals, internal documents, and client-facing collateral.
The work required managing high volumes of content and collaborating with multiple internal teams, each with different needs and levels of brand familiarity.

Discovery & Strategy
Developed a strategy to unify visual identity across print, web, and internal communications using existing style guide
Reviewed existing marketing collateral to identify inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement
Coordinated with brokers to understand internal workflow, campaign goals, timelines, and client priorities

Design Direction
Conceptualized, designed and developed every design piece from print to email into alignment with Cushman & Wakefield’s global brand standards
Designed property brochures, postcards, and fact sheets using clear hierarchy and high-quality imagery
Created targeted direct mail campaigns with attention-grabbing layouts and concise messaging

Outcome and Impact
Improved usability and consistency in client-facing materials.
Strengthened global brand perception while allowing local flexibility.


Reflection
This project reinforced the importance of balancing global consistency with local adaptability. Clear design systems and accessibility standards were critical to creating a unified brand that works across multiple audiences and contexts.
