The Challenge
Cushman & Wakefield required consistent brand execution across multiple clients, projects, and internal teams. The work involved managing high-volume content, varied workflows, and different levels of brand familiarity while maintaining global standards and local relevance.

Strategy & Design Approach
I reviewed existing marketing materials to identify inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement, then developed a strategy to unify the brand across print, digital, and internal communications. I collaborated closely with brokers and internal teams to align on goals, timelines, and client priorities, ensuring every piece met global brand standards while addressing local needs. Deliverables emphasized clear hierarchy, readability, and high-quality imagery.

Outcome and Impact
The refreshed materials improved clarity, usability, and consistency across all projects and clients. The work strengthened Cushman & Wakefield’s global brand perception while allowing local teams to adapt content effectively.
