The Challenge
Cushman & Wakefield works with a portfolio of premium corporate and investment clients, each with distinct brand identity elements. My challenge was to design custom marketing materials that reflected each client’s vision while maintaining Cushman & Wakefield’s high production and quality standards. The work required balancing client-specific branding with the firm’s professionalism and polish so every piece felt cohesive, credible, and on-brand for both.

Strategy & Design Approach
I developed marketing materials that incorporated client-specific design elements including logo, photography, floor plans, and content while keeping templates flexible for frequent updates. Custom brochures introduced refined colour palettes, typography, illustration maps, and photography treatments tailored to the client. Every deliverable, print and digital, was designed as a reusable template, enabling internal teams to produce tailored materials quickly without sacrificing consistency or quality.
Outcome and Impact
The project established a strong, recognizable visual identity for Tonko Realty Advisors across print, direct mail, and email campaigns, helping the client stand out in a competitive market. Reusable templates enabled the team to produce on-brand marketing materials efficiently, even as leasing availability changed. Overall, the work elevated the perceived value of both the client and Cushman & Wakefield, reinforcing the firm’s reputation as a modern, professional leader in real estate advising, while streamlining multi-channel campaign production for faster, more consistent execution.
