The Challenge
Cushman & Wakefield works with a portfolio of premium corporate and investment clients, each with creating its own established brand identity. My challenge was to design custom marketing material that seamlessly integrated the client’s brand vision while maintaining Cushman & Wakefield’s high production and quality standards.
The challenge was to strike the right balance, ensuring each piece felt completely on-brand for the client while still delivering the professionalism and polish associated with Cushman & Wakefield.

Custom marketing brochures with new colour palette, typography, floor plans, custom illustration maps and photography treatments.
Each deliverable required print or digital reusable templates for internal teams to speed up production while preserving the tailored look for the client.
