The Challenge
Cushman & Wakefield works with a portfolio of premium corporate and investment clients, each with its own established brand identity. My challenge was to design custom marketing materials, proposals, and property packages that seamlessly integrated the client’s branding while maintaining Cushman & Wakefield’s high production and quality standards.
The challenge was to strike the right balance, ensuring each piece felt completely on-brand for the client while still delivering the professionalism and polish associated with Cushman & Wakefield.

Approach and Strategy
Reviewed and analyzed the client’s brand guidelines, visual language, and tone of voice
Adapted typography, color palettes, and imagery to match the client’s style while keeping layouts functional and engaging
Built modular layouts to accommodate both Cushman & Wakefield content and client-specific design elements
Design Direction
Custom proposals and property marketing brochures with client-specific typography and photography treatments
Each deliverable required precision in formatting, typography hierarchy, and print or digital preparation. I also created reusable templates for internal teams to speed up production while preserving the tailored look for each client.
Collaboration and Process
I partnered closely with brokers, marketing manager and clients to ensure every piece aligned with the intended audience.
The process involved:
Direct feedback sessions with clients
Coordination with print vendors to ensure premium materials and finishes
This collaborative approach built trust with both internal and external stakeholders.
Outcome and Impact
The custom-designed materials helped Cushman & Wakefield win several competitive bids with high-value clients. The work elevated perceptions of the company’s flexibility and design expertise, positioning them as a trusted partner for brands with exacting visual standards.
Internally, the project set a new benchmark for how client-branded materials could be integrated into Cushman & Wakefield’s workflow, resulting in more efficient processes for similar projects in the future.
Reflection
This project highlighted the importance of balancing creativity with functional clarity. Ensured the brand was both engaging and practical.
